Victorian surfers awoke to great conditions this morning with a strong sou-west swell buffetting the coast and a brisk nor-wester brushing it clean. There were, as you could imagine, plenty of spots firing.

This is how you celebrate International Surfing Day.

This swell was almost the perfect direction for Cokes. It wasn't quite big enough to stand up in but some of them were close enough. It definitely gets bigger and better but you can't ask for much more out of the Maldives in May.
