The next few mornings are looking good to score a few small waves at open beaches, with Wednesday being the pick of the bunch with a fresh S'ly groundswell and offshore breezes potentially holding into the afternoon. The weekend has the potential to be big with embedded lows moving to the south, however confidence remains dicey.

We have a fairly benign weekend ahead of us with small weak surf under a southeasterly airflow. Winds are expected to improve early-mid way through next week, although the surf will remain small, peaking in the 2ft range.
Variety is on the cards for the end of the week. Thursday morning is likely to offer good options in the 2-3ft range at south facing beaches under a northwesterly breezes, increasing from the northeast throughout the day. A southerly change is liekly to push up the coast on Friday, with a period of light winds in the morning.
We are looking at a fresh S'ly groundswell on Wednesday, with south facing beaches offering options in the 2-3ft range. Be prepared for long waits between waves with period up around the 18-19 second mark. Thursday morning is looking good with a mix of S'ly and SE swells under workable winds ealry.
Monday morning holds the best opportiunity for a wave with an easing S'ly swell and light/workable winds. Otherwise, the next best chance of surf comes on Wednesday, although breezes look iffy.
Friday morning is looking like the pick of the bunch as winds swing offshore with a sizey northeasterly windswell on the cards. Well worth keeping an eye on the situation as it develops.
Fading NE windswell and weak S/SE swell for tomorrow. New inconsistent S'ly groundswell filling in Wednesday, with an afternoon increase in E'ly windswell, larger into Thursday and from the NE Friday as winds hopefully improve.
Fun S'ly groundswell tomorrow with N'ly tending strong NE winds, with a peaky NE windswell for Sunday. NE windswell easing Monday with offshore winds ahead of a SE change. Good potential for later next week.
Make the most of Thursday and Friday morning's as winds will be light offshore with a fun sized swell in the water. The weekend and early stages of next will be pretty ordinary before more size fills in next week.
If you have gaps in your schedule this week, make sure you're unavailable on Wedneday and Thursday morning. We should see a fun mix of southerly and southeasterly energy in the water under light variable winds each morning.
