Also.. every other country's tariffs are down to 10% (no change to Australia) for 90 days.

So.. three months of waiting around to see if he re-hikes them back up again. Or not. Or delays again. Or does something different.

Spot on @Craig. Never trust a sociopath.
As for anyone that actually thinks this is negotiating of some kind still....
When you see the reaction from other countries, this isn't negotiation.
This is a straight out war on world economies and in turn the world is turning it's back on the US. This is going to be an unrecoverable position for some time for the US.
The headlines being made today by other countries will be looked back on with some historical significance. You can't undo what Trump and his cronies have done now.

What Is TDS?

Simply put, Trump derangement syndrome is a derogatory term used to describe a form of toxic criticism and negative reaction to former President Trump’s statements and political actions. The origin of the term can be traced to the late political columnist and commentator Charles Krauthammer, a psychiatrist, who first coined the phrase “Bush derangement syndrome” in 2003.

Krauthammer, himself a harsh critic of Trump, later defined Trump derangement syndrome as a Trump-induced “general hysteria” that produced an “inability to distinguish between legitimate policy differences and signs of psychic pathology” in the president’s behavior.1 Journalist Fareed Zakaria, moreover, defined TDS as “hatred of President Trump so intense that it impairs people’s judgment.”2 https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/the-meaningful-life/202409/the-p... ……there is a difference between being critical of Trump and being obsessed with Trump .

Ah so that’s why hundreds of trillions of dollars haven’t just been lost, on the world’s stock market.
TDS may be a real thing, for a few people ,but attributing it to everyone who dares criticise Trump ,
