P? Too easy.
blindboy left the boomer door wide open for a super cool blast from the past...
Double P
Q is the weak link. Any advance on....
I was going to go with that BB but then remembered this.
Hey Blackers
Love Lanegan
Never heard that song so thanks a bunch
Here's another Q name
It's late, can we lock in 'R'?
Like I said, can't match you cool cats but no matter what, imo a farking great song.

Great song Zen, and nice cover Udo.
Can’t fault Fleetwood Mac. Another ’S’, not quite as polished as Stevie though
One more R from the rchive.
An S for one of our resident commentators.
Nice. This could apply to a few regulars as well.
Something more suited to a Sunday.
Get your glam on!
Nice one Zen.
When I was eight years old all you needed to be cool was a Kiss T-shirt and a copy of Kiss Alive II and/or Dynasty.
Though it would be entertaining to see a band try a song like Christine Sixteen these days.
“ she’s been around but she’s young and clean“
Yowser.
Maybe I've come full circle Andy? You know I'm so totally uncool that I'm actually cool.
Funny, where I grew up you got a beating if you didn’t like the Chisels. So not sure being a cool kid was a good thing Zen.
Anyways nearly there, a few tricky ones to come. T is for Tojo.
U
V
W. Ask yourselves
&feature=shareEasy tigers, I had a T.
W is good, X has me worried.

Cheers mate, all I could find was metal or jazz, neither really float my boat. Since you went metal with Batpiss, I will go jazz with Snarky Puppy.

I wouldn't describe Batpiss as metal, but I get the picture. That Snarky Puppy song is a bit much.
Here's Y. A wonderful love song. Fun fact, I have sung the.song, Martin, with Snuff live, on two occasions.

Twice is nice.
Time to kill this . One for Zen, one of Swellnet’s finest.
Oh man, thankyou. Way to bookend the last couple of days.
I love that track.
I believe I missed Y. Beer will do that.
Thanks to all who played along.
Rest in peace John Nolan (Powder Monkeys, Bored, Powerline Sneakers, Spencer P Jones), who passed away on Monday.
Incredible guitarist.
This is an absolutely savage performance.
Hiccups got to know Simon from Powerline Sneakers when he was in Red Planet Rockets and one of the versions of Splatterheads. Had some great nights with both of those bands. Simon was not too well either last I heard. Here's hoping he recovered.
I heard the same BB. That man has a hell of a singing voice.
Yeh I still give the Red Planet Rockets CD a spin now and then.
r.i.p john, that man was pure rock and roll & a bloody nice guy to boot
sly and john playing in the powerline sneakers were like 2 dead men walking, but still managed to bring it every single time
good to see some respect paid in the msm too

When I knew him Sly was skinny as a rake, had real red dreads and was always the funniest and smartest bloke in the room.
nolan playing in the classic bored lineup (far left), crazy that only buzz (drummer) is still alive

ha, sounds about right (sans the dreads in later life)
Land Cruiser rock
Nice one Stu.
This has been pumping through my brain all morning. If you play it loud and someone complains just give them some turkey and tell them to get stuffed.
This song reminds me of my time in Jakarta and Maluk sumbawa had slept with about 30-40 women without a condom each trip and promised a mate if i come home with aids id kill myself by filling my car with exaust fumes via a hose.
My mate killed himself a year later even though he was fluent in indonesian language and was a great surfer..i think he caught aids and decided to end it.

Ha ha yeah that was pretty loose.
About your mate though that is really sad, by all means have fun but keep it safe condoms suck but its better than getting a disease, suicide is a real sad thing i have known too many people that have taken their lives.
All it takes to pick up in maluk is to turn up at the beach with a brand new motor bike (rental or owned) and girls will come up to you. that happened to me i turned up at the beach on a new motorbike and a couple of hotties talking to locals walked up to me to check out my bike, i said "do you wanna watch a movie at my place?" they said sure.
both jumped on the back of my bike and i chased some wild pigs on the way home only 500 metres away was where i lived. anyway got home and put on a movie, had no seats or anything in my place just a couple of mattresses got stuck into one of the girls fingering while the other one watched then some neighbors started watching outside my apartment both girls got scared off by the neighbors watching...but that's how easy it was to pick up...just have a new bike and fresh tan and girls love you for it.
Even just carrying a surfboard to the surf spots will get you a girls number or two.
Alright, time for some discussion on what yr all listening too. My iTunes inventory is getting a little stale so I'm up for some inspiration.
Currently loving The Drones' album "Havilah".. incredible songwriting and some of the best recorded guitars and drum I've heard in a long time. I'm a little late to the party with this album but it's on high rotation at the moment and will probably stay there a while. I've seen these guys live once (Fowlers, Adelaide) and fortunately they're incredible on stage too. Can't wait to see them again.
