Good solid 3ft waves with favourable winds Saturday morning, with an easing swell and all day offshores Sunday from 2-3ft. This morning the swell was on the ease from the smaller 2ft range under persistent offshore winds.
The weather system responsible for our expected S/SE swell tomorrow performed quite impressive, recording S’ly winds of 50-60kts immediately south of New Zealand over the weekend.
Plenty of waves but onshore tomorrow, improving Wednesday while easing. Large and powerful S/SW groundswell filling in Thursday with OK winds, cleaner and easing Friday.
Tiny and clean tomorrow, new swell for Wednesday and then large swells into Friday and the weekend.
Small clean waves tomorrow, with a very inconsistent W/SW swell for Wednesday. New more consistent W/SW swell building Thursday ahead of a large swell Friday with good winds for the Surf Coast.
Smaller S'ly swell tomorrow, fading Sunday with a new S/SE groundswell pulse Tuesday.
In SE Qld, we’re looking at a similar early peak in size on Saturday, and wave heights have been upgraded since Wednesday’s outlook.
