The date is locked in and we're gearing up for a massive Board Swap event on Saturday, 13th of November (two weekends' time).

It will be run at Freshwater Reserve, on the grass hill between Pilu Restaurant and Shaka, kicking off at 9am and wrapping up at midday.

The best access point for dropping off boards is Undercliff Rd.

Raising money for Lifeline Northern Beaches while also being a great community event to catch up with the local surfing fraternity, the day runs as follows.

• Rock up from 8:30am onwards and see me or one of my helpers to register your board with an ID, and you're asking price
• We'll sticker it up and place it on the grass, with $20 of each sale under $200 going to Lifeline, and 10% of the cost of the board for those over $200
• Either hang around and chew the fat with your mates or come back at midday to see if your board has sold, or take it back otherwise

We prefer cash, but EFTPOS facilities will be available, and some payments for boards may go through the following Monday/Tuesday (thanks for your patience in advance).

Freshy Longboarders are also supporting us, so there should be a good selection of mid-lengths and longboards for sale.

Our long-term partner Marty from The Pocket Freshwater (formerly Saltbush Cafe) will also be offering vouchers to use at his cafe from every board sale.

In the past we've had everything from vintage, to high-performance boards as well as foamies, so come down and grab a bargain.
