If i was in the USA, and now it's Biden V's Trump, id vote Trump.
I think he is a better leader than many give credit and i like how he pushes back against lots of things.
But i was also really disappointed with how he dealt with the last election result, if he had dealt with things differently i think right now he would be even more popular than he is.
Trumpy made many mistakes and was kept punch drunk through constant Russiagate Russiagate Russiagate left and right hooks.
He also had all Obama's appointees still swimming aroung the swamp looking to take a bite out of him. Trump was unprepared - no ready made team to put in place as he did not expect to win. Quite a few appointments he made were very willing to undermine him (John Bolton) and so his judgement was flawed on fit and loyalty when picking key people.
No president has had a more hostile start and finish.
If he gets in again it will be a full on revenge driven alligator, snake and eel hunting season in the swamp. His future team would be seriously vetted and ready to move fast on policy changes.
The Obama swampies know it. Hence the current campaign to derail him that would make any Banana Republic el Presidento in recent history blush.
How far will they go to stop him? Seems almost no limit these days.

- China can build power stations and manufacturing plants (and EVs and solar panels) for a sixth of the cost of anyone in the USA.
- China's supposed achilles heel of poor demographics (a big topic in Washington as it seems to solve everything in the rivalry with no effort "they're stuffed, we got lots of those young illegals,.... sorted. Whisky anyone?)') may not be such an issue with its massive investment in manufacturing automation. Machines and robots can lessen the need for lots of cheap labour. So China may not be in for an inevitable decline due to an ageing population. They can make lots of stuff and export to the world even with a shrinking working age population.
