Possibly if you were here for an extended time, you’d see things differently. From experience here but more so seeing the US from another country’s viewpoint. My old neighbor has disappeared, I hope to aged care but I fear to the grave, was from San Fran and she stated the US was fucked. A lost country because of politics.

Seems to me Biden was on the right track with the semiconductors. Don’t know why he hasn’t been making this point more. Evidence of his policy to reinvigorate Amercia’s manafacturing base. Modern plants cropping up in the likes of Ohio and upstate New York.
