You can certainly see why they are considering canceling those deals, but it's complicated, per the linked article. The TLDR is that even those alternatives have US components, and there would be reciprocity (in regards to canceled deals.)

That said, I think the real fallout the US will be long term. Going forward, I'd guess that few countries will consider a defense deal with the US, as they are now an untrustworthy partner. When you spend ever day say "F you!!!!" to every country in the world other than Russia, you fall way down the list of potential suppliers of the the things countries need to defend themselves. Especially seeing that the US itself is now on the list of potential adversaries.
