Sunday is still looking good with a high pressure ridge providing light offshore winds and a solid swell peaking in the 10-12ft range. Early next week will also see a follow up swell with favourable winds.
Peak in S'ly groundswell tomorrow morning with offshores, easing into the afternoon and further Friday. Tiny weekend, with a small N/NE windswell Monday and then E'ly groundswell from Tuesday.
Whilst the local fetch won’t generate much new swell for the coast, we still have plenty of energy on tap for the short term forecast period.
Easing SW swell tomorrow with a reinforcing pulse later in the day, easing Friday. Best winds through the mornings. Small clean easing swell Saturday, tiny Sunday. Strong new swell Tuesday/Wednesday but with onshores.
Easing S/SW swell tomorrow with onshore winds, reinforcing SW swell Friday with light variable winds through the morning. Fun weekend with good amounts of swell and N/NE offshores and weak afternoon sea breezes.
Stronger W/SW and SW groundswells next week with average winds.
Good clean easing SW swell tomorrow on the Surf Coast, with a window of clean conditions Friday morning around Torquay. Fun weekend of waves with favourable winds each morning, continuing into Monday.
Easing S/SW swell with poor and fresh S/SE winds. New SW swell building Saturday, peaking Sunday morning and then larger S/SW groundswell for Tuesday as average winds persist.
Steadily easing S/SW swell from today, with a S/SW pulse Friday morning and then very inconsistent SW groundswell for Sunday. Large S/SW swell arriving late Monday and peaking Tuesday week.
I hope you’ve enjoyed the last few days of southerlies, as we’ve got freshening northerlies due on Tuesday.
