There's nothing of real note this period with the current swell on the way out. Check back over the coming updates.
Primary tabs
For the most fun and best waves, target when the swell strengthens and switches more easterly in direction.
An initial, windy increase in southerly swell late week, becoming better as it eases and swings more east with reinforcing pulses.
Swells from the north and then south shifting south-east over the coming period.
The N/NE windswell for next week looks mostly weak until winds start to swing offshore. There's potential for a better follow up S-S/SE swell.
Nothing of note to end off the week with better surf and swell potential for next week from the north-eastern quadrant.
Good surf over the coming days with great conditions and a good S'ly groundswell.
We’ve had an extended run of surf out of the north-east, however this synoptic pattern is easing back ahead of a decent round of southerly swells.
Today’s southerly change is expected to stall off the Southern NSW coast as a trough, and then reorientate nicely within our swell window.
So, the whole weekend - in particular Saturday - is looking pretty amazing if you’re keen on large east/north-east groundswells.
