Unfortunately, the peak of this swell will coincide with a cold front crossing the region - attached to the same low that produced the swell (though it's now weakening).

As alluded to in Monday’s notes, we have another large swell expected this weekend.
We’re still on track for a very large, powerful swell to arrive mid-late week. But there are several stages of swell ahead and with a tricky wind outlook we need to hone into the specifics.
Small swell tomorrow with a limited window for clean conditions down South, better Sunday with a bit more size and better winds. Large swells next week due to the Long Wave Trough.
New S/SW swell tomorrow but with poor winds, smaller and easing Friday with cleaner conditions. Small fun waves at magnets over the weekend with large surf for next week.
Clean easing waves across the Mid Coast tomorrow, tiny Wednesday with chunky but poor levels of S/SE windswell building down South. Cleaner Friday and into the weekend. Strong storm activity developing into next week.
Easing W/SW swell tomorrow, much cleaner down South, with tiny waves to start Sunday, clean ahead of a slow increase in W/SW swell. Strong W/SW swell for Monday with average winds.
W/SW windswell tomorrow with a stronger groundswell for the late afternoon/evening, peaking early Friday and smaller into the weekend. Very inconsistent long-period groundswell building Sunday with a much better increase Monday.
Clean but tiny tomorrow, with a strong new swell arriving later in the day, peaking early Wednesday with all day offshore winds. Strong acute W'ly swell building later Thursday as winds swing offshore, clean and easing Friday.
Tiny tomorrow with clean conditions most of the day, average Sunday and Monday. Good new swell for Wednesday morning with offshore winds.
