Watch: Tim Bonython // As The Crow Flies
On the fourth day of the recent East Coast swell bender, Tim travelled across town to Cape Solander. While putting on his best Russell Coight impersonation, a solid crew of rock jockeys, including Laurie Towner and Kirk Flintoff, get under the ledge as the Cape does its thing.
Word of warning: Not to be watched if you're in a hurry.

based on the ok soundtracks of the latest deadmans and of this film (not insufferable, relentless doof).. I am willing to concede that a gritty urban winebar muzak sampler kinda works in the sydney zone.. gonna call it though.. simply doesn't work for anything south of (and including) wedding cake or north of barrenjoey.
(In the same way that seeing sick urban-adjacent waves with an urban soundtrack is cool.. what is cool about a non-urban settings is.. well.. that they're not urban..)
As always, thanks for the free access to some fucking amazing moments TB!
It's Tim's style
Early 2000s are coming back
Long boardies..... wrap-around sunnies
......
I've said it before, the only person that pit vipers work on,
is Coach Eric Taylor. But Okanuis? Timeless.
cant believe the arrogance of the clowns towing thru a pack like that . I thought it was illegal to start with ?
.....unless your name is Longbottom
Haha. Here we go
How's the old school flex on the boog at 11:20!
Good surfing, time to petition Youtube for a 4x playback speed though.

I hope you are well !
terrible music and too much slow mo. does tim know he can upload these at normal speed? pity, because it ruins every one of his clips. also the name - a tim bonython short - dont you mean a long
Mute it - Up the Playback to 1:75 ?

Does Scrotina know one can do That .
haha, yep, TB's admirably uncompromising. wants to have the voice and language he has.
sorta spans an imagined surf gap between Agnès Varda and Jeff LeRoy or Sean Baker.
who tell the world to fuck off and make their own films if they want something different.
