The Tasman Low is now looking stronger with solid waves on the cards for the weekend and into the start of next week.
Fairly quiet start to the week but there’s a Tasman Low looming for the weekend.
A small E swell and builidng S swell for late Sunday combined with offshore winds will mean there will be plenty of options for waves this weekend.
Small E swell for Sydney and surrounds but bigger for the Far South Coast.
Small waves until Thursday as the seemingly never ending run of swell for the first half of 2021 comes to an end.
Not much going on in the new week wave wise so be sure to enjoy the weekend of waves.
A high will bring settled conditions and not much in the way of new swell before a S change brings a new swell for the weekend.
The fetch responsible for our current large swell has reached a peak, and is now slowly easing and rotating out of our swell window.
However, from a surf perspective there’s a few things the models aren’t picking up well and this will have a greater bearing on your choices over the coming days. So here’s my thoughts on how this event will evolve.
