How often do we as humans have the “ rain fire upon them “ type thoughts.
It’s easy to want revenge and we see it everywhere in society where “pay back” seems a common desire. The final result of that is war. War between friends, associates and even family ….and on the grand scale , countries.
How much more powerful and rewarding is grace.
Jesus being the author of grace and showing us that even in persecution and execution forgiveness is possible.
“ Father forgive them…..for they know not what they do”……
It’s a tough call sometimes but if we can all reach higher and see people in a different light we can give that grace and forgive.
This has a snowball effect and you see that grace spread as a result…
It’s funny how many adversaries become friends over time.
In the Lord’s Prayer ……there is a line….and FORGIVE US our sins, as WE FORGIVE those who have sinned against us.
This is possibly the most important statement in history…..it’s the key to a final transformation of the human being into something new and eternal in the kingdom of God.
It doesn’t come easy sometimes or naturally often but with practise comes an inner transformation that you notice within your own soul….
Forgive me my sins and I'll forgive everyone else…….thats the key.
There is a calm and a peace that comes…..it heals and cures and transforms from the inside out…..the end result is pure love….death is powerless against it.
This is the transformed human that God wants in His new world….
We are all amateurs in the grace thing, but it’s a journey like all adventures and to go on an adventure …..you have to take a step forward.

The influences around them…and those influences also can be spiritual forces of light and darkness……Nobody is born violent or Gay or a paedophile…everything is a learned behaviour or one influenced by spiritual forces we can’t see…parents and friends of children can share their demons and give wrong influences….disembodied angelic beings are also in the mix and influence many who drift sideways.
As we grow older, some people start a descent downwards…..their eyes wander where they should not….everything inside them ( Gods spirit or conscience) is telling them not to go there but for the thrill they do anyway…..usually influenced by others already on the steep decent….things like molly meldrums parties come to mind back in the day…..many rich and decadent people influence others…join with us we are cool.
This may seem minor at the time but after a season of doing it , the thrill is gone and they go further down.
The darkness becomes the drug and thrill of choice….an example of this is men get bored with lots of women so they seek a thrill with guys……guys become boring too so then young guys…..young guys don’t do it anymore so they seek out children……progressives now call this “child attracted”.
A social worker lady from my church once had to flee to WA because some court judges in Brisbane were after her as she was about to bust open a child abuse network of judges……..hard to believe but true…..the darkness is a descent…

Most Religious Texts WERE written in Another World when Lifestyles and Choices were VERY different .

They have also HELPED Millions of People, navigate their lives in a WAY , they choose .

Not EVERY Word or Phrase , is applicable in todays World .

I don't think Opti's views show a ANY Ignorance OR Lack of Real World Experience at all .
