Regarding USA protest, numbers will increase and in time we will see some incidence of violence, destruction of property maybe some looting and burning shit, much the same as during 2021, me and Fox will be calling them riot's and you and CNN will be calling them peaceful protest
Any reaction from Trump to these protest will be seen as an over reaction.
But otherwise Trump will have calmed down on everything he is doing as he has been trying to get shit done fast now as only has four years, but the media will still be going crazy with countless news stories a day.
Decent chance of another assassination attempt on Trump or even Musk (which again we will receive little information on who was behind it, and even thouigh they are youngish they will say there was no real social media)
USA will have attacked Iran's military targets and taken out Nuc sites and much of the Iranian people though will rise up against the government Islamic republic of Iran, and it will go the same way as the Asad government, with many women removing headscarfs in protest and in time be able to go back to having the freedoms they once had. (well i hope so)

Well certain herbs have been scientifically proven to boost your immune system, which would be what helps to combat certain illnesses .And natural pain killers, antidepressants etc
