Thunderbirds i do remember well though it was always on very early in the morning.
yep, thunderbirds was like 4:30am or something..

Polls are going more in favour of Harris now. Trump’s been to Trumpy the last 2 days. The US silent woman may just give Harris the win.
Big change in the betting odds after Iowa poll.
Sportsbet and TAB:
Trump 1.72
Harris 2.10
.
Maybe the polling contributed to it, but I think the evening out of those odds is more a result of the market correcting itself.
Savy punters will put their political leanings aside to take advantage of inflated odds.
Trump was never going to be a short priced favourite imo.
@SR , your 2 favourite people.
urghhhhhhh!!! hahaha,

yuck.
how good are chimpanzees? geez, we kill it..
sam new man, misogynist, yellow crocs
and an appalling facelift.. he play footy or something?
dude has $1.50, even craig hutchison dun better than that slug.
(goin' ok off chapel st? didn't make it an 'n' word intentionally..)
(options: look like a 52 year old chimp vs look like 28 year old lizard ^)
If the shirt fits.....
0% talk from @Roadkill.. really?
@indo, now I see why you don't talk with 'em..
they kinda.. umm.. don't talk...
"but this man heere, is going to rescue the great united states of america HEADS! i'm a nobody mewbn drongo bozo called sam HEADS!! I have had some success in applying grooming 101 to my career HEADS!! and I hope that there's enough in the coffers for me to last out me sad, lonely days..."
best thing about john noel william "kicked in the head by a horse" newman, is there's a great venue across from kardinia park that's incubated an amazing scene. If samuel L dickhead was a good feller, he'd have bought and brought back to life the National. Coles and Woolies (musically) of Geetroit, the barwon club/nashy dualism.
Make the base of Aussie punk great again.
(nice clip here, solid AS Mice line up, with addition of Murf from the Numbskulls,
kinda what Chris encourages now in the Nums, with the guitarist from the Lizards)
@basesix in a howiegames podcast Sam claimed to be the first to surf Bells.
I think he probably believes white fellas discovered a barren unoccupied continent too.
There is a pattern for sure
oh.. so he discovered vicco..?
what a great guy, I see why you think he's excellent ; )
(not sure if a winky face adequately imbues the deep irony intended)
Hahaha. You nailed it.
Fair to say Sam and Donald appeal to my general clique...bogan boofhead redneck males...or there abouts. Oi oi!!
Speaking of river rocks and Sam, when it comes to boats, the idea is to keep the pointy end off the hard stuff, or so I'm told.
fark @ts, amazing watching a 28 year old lizard be all seen-yehh..
that was me what gave him the red hats.. I said 'yehhh' too, 'look at the dowfins'..
I tried to be his bitch, offer 'im another crack another day, but he can sure pick a bozo..
; )
(see why @JF does this now ^ the winky face,
kinda indicates intended harmlessness..
as opposed to people who intend to be arse-holey, and make people have bad days..
cos it makes them feel good, and online, has less ramifications that kicking the family dog)
happy sunday eve @Roadkill,
anytime you want to talk kimchi, train trips,
islands and scotch, 'reach out', as hipster fuckwits say..
bedtime now, nyny : )
The pressure on George dubbya to endorse Harris is interesting.
His warmongering past is pretty much unforgivable, but a little bit of a concession to endorse Harris would at least show there is some form of a beating heart behind those cold dark beady eyes.
- it’ll all work out fine southern ;)
… the ministry of culture will ensure a warmongering future too
& special divine defence provisions are being gifted to the holy land ;);)

…one must also never forget that this is a real life battle of good vs evil ;)

Hopefully Harris can finally run the show properly out of Bidens shadow @JF.
Fark, it's a riveting study of the psyche of humans, supporters particularly of the orange Don.
Yesterday Harris was ahead..today Trump is back surging. Tomorrow? Who knows.
Polls are irrelevant it seems.
Eli Lake's column in The Free Press today is a great read.

I think polls are only meaningful when many polls are viewed over a long period then you can see clear trends, at this stage especially this close they are kind of pointless unless maybe exit polls.
The next few days are also going to be full of claims by either side and media of who is winning or looking best etc even based on vote counts but even that is misleading because votes are counted and cast in different ways, Dems are more likely to vote early, Republican's like to vote on voting day, urban votes often get counted first that favour Dems, regional votes that favour Republicans often latter, but then postal votes come in much latter that generally favour Dems.
2 days.. eeee..!
Harris 1 point.
pennsylvania.. eeeee..
strewth laurie!
indo-dreaming wrote:Supafreak wrote:Any odds on civil war if trump loses ?
My predication one of two things will happen.
If Trump loses people will go out on the streets having a hissy fit and the media will call it riots.
If Harris loses people will hit the streets having a hissy fit, and the media will call it a peaceful protest.
Would you call January 6 a hissy fit or something else

Sadly the Free Press is behind a paywall. The opening stanzas were good.
Trump for the win, even if he loses.
Polls are irrelevant, Trump will win 100%. Anyone that think Kamala has a chance needs their head checked.
We also need a Trump here in Aus.
“ We also need a Trump here in Aus.”
In what way, what aspects and policies?

to point at, and laugh at. The Working Dog boys' material is getting a little dry.
I'm starting to think the same burleigh so I wouldn't be surprised if he does win but I'm with AndyM, not sure someone like him would be of any benefit to Oz. What would you like someone like that to do here?
The way government runs is mostly of a benefit, I don't doubt that it could be better, but Trump and your 'candidate' here would only tear all that down and replace it with what? lackeys driven by ideology?
The major foreign companies already pay fuck all tax
We don't need a wall, so what's left?
AndyM wrote:“ We also need a Trump here in Aus.”

A wall around Victoria for a start to keep those mexicans out .

haha, " we're building a REEF. it's going to the best reef the world has ever.. people come up to me and say they've never seen a reef plan like the one we're currently working on.. which is quite nice, actually... I don't know if that's true, but that's what people tell me.. the best part is we're gonna make Tonga pay for it... "

I am with Burleigh we need Trump here to protect the pets.
There is an Election Poll % Bias towards Republicans.
eg : 2000-2020 (Most recent 6 electorates = Closest Contests)
Democrats Avg (+2.5%) = 49.9% Vote = 292 Seats
Republicans Avg (-2.5%) = 47.4% Vote = 245.6 Seats
[Factcheck]
Dems lost 2 / 2000's elections with higher Vote%
2000 Dem 48.4% lost to Rep 47.9% Bush jr
2016 Dem 48.2% lost to Rep 46.1% Trump
Dems never win 2000's Elections polling less than Dem Avg (eg: min win 51.3%) = Prez
Rep win 2000's Elections polling less than Rep Avg (eg: min win 46.1%)= Prez
Now put that Poll % to the acid test...
Dems cannot win 2024 Election with less than Avg 49.9% Vote
If Dems Vote slips under Average by -1.5% > (48.5% = 269 seats) they instantly lose.
(US eg: 2012 Dem/Black Man > 2016 Dem White/Woman (Dem Vote slipped -2.9%)
US Men love Bros'n'Guns more than Women...Black Men flee Kamala with her woke Aussie Toy Gun.
Sure...Ok! Not on Election Day...she has her Minders with hands on their pieces...Gulp! Vote 4 me!
Whereas Trump has won before by polling a lesser 46.1% as least popular Prez! (Art of the Deal!)
Trump would be as happy as a pig in shit polling equal lowest most hated Prez ever.
He just needs to drum up 46.1% US Fear+Hate in a land where 44% of homes are armed with Guns...
Pretty much just gotta scare 2.1% unarmed citizens....Just say China once! There ya go...Rep wins again!
Dems need to remove Guns from Households to counter the 44% Locked in Head of household Rep fear factor.
Lil woman must obey their Patriotic Dutiful directions on their Rep @ Gun Cabinet
Unless some fearful lil woman patriot is brave enough to hand in their Household gun (A Miracle!)
Trump will be mandated & mud pied as next 2024 Prez.
Day 1 Dictator Trump : "God bless America for voting in their least popular choice Prez (Again)!"
Don't all rush to overcrowd my bigger than everything in the galaxy...Did I tell ya how big my #%@!
I think the golfer Arnold Palmer is the biggest winner of this election campaign so far tbb.

400 economists come out backing Harris:
https://www.abc.net.au/news/2024-11-04/group-of-400-economists-back-kama...
This is quite sobering when you consider economists are always wrong. Hell, even us dumb surfers outpredicted the local ones on the interest rate rises recently ;)
