The coming period looks fairly average thanks to persistent poor winds and cooler weather. A couple of swells will be spoilt by the local winds and conditions through Bass Strait.
A deepening Tasman Low is currently parked midway between Tasmania and New Zealand, and southerly gales around its western flank reached maximum strength around lunchtime today.
