We've got a fun day for the beaches ahead of a large, strong W/SW groundswell event later week. Winds won't play ball as well though, but there'll be a few quality options for experienced boardriders.
The current swell will fade through the weekend, with fun, workable options for the beaches both days. It won't be pumping but favourable. A couple of good, new swell sources on the cards for next week.
A strong westerly swell has been created and is on its way, with winds opening up plenty of opportunities as it builds. We'll see varying conditions and winds as the swell slowly eases.
Varying winds and swells this week, but we've got an upgrade in the expected swell late week with a 'bombing low' due to generate a good, prolonged W/SW groundswell event.
A mixed weekend with one standout day and then slow through most of next week though there'll be surfing windows. Possible swell later week.
Nothing to really get excited about this period though one day stands out.
The surf will ease back over the coming days and following this the outlook is very slow.
Pity about the local winds on the weekend as there'll be tons of swell. Keep your expectations low and you should find a few fun options. Much better surf next week as the size slowly eases.
Good swell on the way but winds will vary and be mostly onshore before improving next week as things settle down.
