Fun windows of waves for both coasts this period, with the Mid Coast being the target later week.

The first half of next week looks very good, for Victor at least.
First things first - there’s no new groundswell on the way for the next few days. But we have waves for next week!
We've got a week of two halves.
Freshening SW winds this afternoon are related to a weak front crossing the coast. They’ll strengthen overnight and hold through Saturday before veering S/SE on Sunday and starting to ease back a bit.
A thin front traversing the western Bight is generating a small new W’ly swell that’s expected to provide a small flush of surf to the Mid.
Wednesday looks to be the pick of the forecast period down south. The Mid has good options lining up for the weekend.
The coming outlook isn't too flash for either coast so make the most of the waves on the Mid and windows of better winds down South over the coming days.
There's plenty of westerly swell on the way and with workable winds across both regions. Make the most of it before things become slow mid-late next week.
Get stuck into the exposed beaches tomorrow ahead of some new, windy and sizey westerly swell through the middle to end of the week. There'll also be a bout of cold, wet weather.
