With a clean south swell and west winds, much of the East Coast was on the pump yesterday, and as it was the first swell in months the crowds were thick. So it was a surprise that Clint Kimmins jagged a solo session at Cape Solander through the middle of the day.

But there's a technicality: He may have been the only stand up surfer, but he wasn't the only surfer, as bodysurfer Jake Rosenbrock was also out there. With the sets going uncontested, Clipper and Jake took advantage of the extra space and went full Bellet - Jake dropping in while filming, and Clipper taking off behind him, coming around, and pulling in.

"I looked back," said Clipper, "and he was on the foamball. We both came out cheering"

Yeah, there's some spray, it's filmed off Jake's mouthmount, but it's a ballsy effort. Apparently there's a land angle of the wave. If you see it, or if you filmed it, then drop us a line.
