Incredible footage. And I suspect there's a heck of a lot more to come too...

The SUP is proving to be a very versatile surf craft. From 1 ft to BALL BREAKING size.
In 10 years time the place will likely be dominated by SUPs.

I'm almost surprised everyone's ok right now. We went to the edge and looked over into the realm of not yet possible. Wow.

Optimistic fella. I've heard many accounts from big wave riders who've peered over the edge on XXXL days and considered the waves unrideable, like there's a limit to the size of a wave that can be caught by paddle power and also a limit to what the human body can withstand if, god forbid, they come a'gutser.
Not Albee, he peers over the edge and deems it "not yet possible". So maybe next season? Or the one after that? Who knows, but we'll get there.

There is a great rate of improvement taking place in big wave sports at the moment thats for sure . Today's swell at jaws raised the bar opening new territory for the madmen who do it .

Reckon it'd be good if on these big days the drone was close to surface level. Last years Jaws footage here, musically backed by Pink Floyd was sensational as it gave "ground" level perspective.

Not sure the drone angle does it any favours, nice and wide angled coverage but def takes the gnarly out of it somewhat, water angle for big waves gives the best perspective. What a display of ripping big waves though, making it look easy.

that looks so hard backhand Jaws, even considering the perfect conditions.
