Deus and Boardcollector present 'Surf Swap 8'
On September 27th, Deus Ex Machina and Boardcollector are holding 'Surf Swap 8' at Bondi Pavillion. The meet will run from 9am to 6pm with enough entertainment to keep anyone with a foam fetish happy.
Wall of Joy:
Bring down your pre-1990 boards of any condition and we will help you find a new home for it.
You can leave the board and phone number with us for the day and roam around and enjoy the vibe. We will look after it and when someone purchases or makes an offer we will call you right away.
To reserve yourself a space on the wall contact Uncle Keith keith@deuscustoms.com
Boardcollector Appraisals:
For the first time we will be doing expert appraisals on the day. Bring down your old fin, surf photo, vintage magazine, surfboard, or piece of surf memorabilia for our experts to appraise, value, and fill you in on its forgotten history. It's like a salty version of Antiques Roadshow!
Appraisers include Stu Nettle from Swellnet, Gavin Scott, and Damion Fuller.
Any questions contact Damion damion@boardcollector.com
Show and Shine:
Also for the first time we invite you to bring down your your prized vintage quiver to display, share and chat about. Already we have a handful of Gerry Lopez Lightning Bolts for you to drool over, Lazor Zaps, Spoons, and Damion is going to bring down his quiver treasured twin fins to ogle. We have dedicated the whole Bondi amphitheatre to the 'Show and Shine' with space for more than 100 vintage sticks.
