This is one of those issues where we should all but our petty differences aside.
When I was a grommy there was a very minor incident near my local, there was very filthy black crap washed on to the beaches.Luckily it was winter and the crap was broken up by storms.
I wish there was a way we could make sure this never happens here, I's there anything we can do?
