Risk of complications and cardiac issues from covid in children are also very rare, but SIGNIFICANTLY less rare than the vaccine.

Neither covid nor vax are great.
Risk for a healthy 25 year old male is extremely minimal. With time though, new variants are going for younger and younger folks. But, for both vax and cov infection, young males can have heart issues related to inflammation of the pericardium and heat tissues. From my experience, it can take a while for the inflammation to decrease to a point where its safe or healthy to do peak physical activity. Chose your poison.
