The young and heathy will be fine, but those not so healthy and older are at high risk of getting knocked off if exposed.

one big big day he was the only guy in the water, not great waves, but he gave it a red hot go. came in (or washed in) onto the dry reef, was standing there, board in hand, super sharp reef, no booties, totally dry, with massive walls of white water coming towards him. camp crew was yelling, hooting, and ooooohing, we thought he was proper fucked, like end of trip dead fucked. somehow he got washed backwards by smaller wall of white water, stood up again on the dry reef, the waters parted, and he walked away casually, bloody unbelievable. he put it down to a miracle, to be fair, it kinda looked like divine intervention...

Um West of lake Australian travel advice is actually pretty similar.
But the reality is the risk factor from low risk countries to Aus could be similar or even lower to say someone traveling on a domestic flight within Australia.
For example some pacific island flights to Oz where there is no cases of the virus would be much safer than a flight from or too areas of Australia where there has been cases, especially considering many people on domestic flights are business related traveler so often going back and forth on flights and airports and could easily pick up the virus and spread onto others even without symptoms, while all these holiday makers coming back from some virus free Island are very low risk flights.
