If you have to rinse before putting in the dishwasher, you may as well wash up. Complete waste of water, especially if you are on rain water tanks.
Wait until it doesn’t drain and floods the kitchen and you have to rip the carrot cake apart to find out why? Only to realise it was you! Who stacked it. Hungover!! Too couldn’t care!! My wife bought a small dishwasher to sit on the bench.
Never stacked it once- too scared.
I just wash the dishes that are in the sink.
