I talk a lot, as deduced by many on these forums, I might drive you nuts with all my interest of the biological world.I will enjoy our travels, meeting new friends is good for the soul, can’t live your life in an entirely insular mode around the same circle of friends. Hopefully over the years we can traverse the entire surfing region that comprises Indonesia from West to East.
Time on earth is our most precious commodity, gotta use it before you eventually lose it. AW
Yeah I don’t watch many games anymore , lost interest years ago . With sport I’ve always preferred playing than watching . I just thought it was funny that you go for the pies & I go for the blues, traditional arch enemies. I have a spot I will probably go to in September that you would like , fill you in when I see ya .

Still a warm glow AW, but that may just be the after effects of the virus I’ve just work out of the system. There were a few one sided matches that were predicted to be close contests, hope that is not a portent for the rest of the season. Cats, Hawthorn and Pies all looked good. Essendon played themselves back into the game okay, Dogs and Roos was a rough scrap but meaningless in the long run I think. Don’t have any issues with Swans personally, but they blew that game by kicking for goal like Ty Vickery.

It's a miracle normally it's the opposite, we were very lucky on a few though.
Personally even when the other teams free's tally is much higher i try not to be one of those people that focus on it though, as this idea that the free count at the end of the game should be close to equal is nonsense.
It's normally the team that applies pressure that get's the most free's not just through tackles but just forcing the opposition into bad decision's.
I do get that people are going to say oh the umps were on their side etc, i think that's natural.
Anyway not the best win but another 4 points.
Haven't been a fan of Schulz but he had a good game while McStay had a terrible one
Sidey was good apart that one screw up as was Pendles and Nick had another 39 disposals game

We looked the better team from midway through the 3rd Quarter until the end.
Free kicks I looked at most, they were well explained by the umpires and warranted.
In reality Footscray should have copped a flogging.
Missed goals from close range, DeGoey 2, including a dropped chest mark at the top of the square, Lipinski the same, misses also by Elliot, McStay, Long, Membrey, Sidebottom, the Dogs got off lightly. AW

Fair enough @indo @AW but as a non partial observer, it always appears the umps shit themselves in front of collingwood crowds (i know it was a bulldogs home game but still same) and blow the whistle, especially if Daicos falls over anywhere near the ball. That prick plays for so many frees it's unbelievable. I'll grant you were the better side once the umps controlled the momentum but that's just it. The umps have the power over critical moments and they used it mercilessly last night.
And i don't care about the Dogs at all, so no bias there.
Also salty cos the Bombers got flogged by the bloody Crows today so take my comments with that in mind :-P
