Not sure what you mean by the first bit but I'd have to take your word he's not senile.
Someone who completely rambles on with gibberish and talks shitt and is incapable of expressing a coherent thought or answering a question is senile to my observation.
I accept that other people listened to Trump though and heard something else.
Hearing that these podcasts were a big reason he got elected just dumbfounds me.
Does anyone remember Joh-Bjelke Peanut? Seems incoherency can be quite popular at times.
Yes that Kimmel vid sums it up nicely as does that English guy's a few pages back on how the Dems got it so wrong.
And as Bob Woodward said last night, trumpy has a real chance now to show his human being... he can actually rise to the occasion (and no, by not grabbing them by the p...). Going on past form I really doubt it. His narcissistic ego won't allow it i fear. And the worse fear is that this trump brand becomes a dynasty... that's a truly dystopian future. But hey let's wait and see.

Let em keep going. Digging their own hole that they can lay in for many years to come.
When they realise they are the problem then we may see a tighter race for president.
Sounds exactly like the ABC.
Rogan’s latest podcast, his first after the election is pretty funny. I listened to the first 30 mins on the drive to work this morning.
freeride76 wrote:I was trying to find some clue as to the Trump appeal and I'm still baffled after listening to him talk unscripted.
Does anyone have any detailed understanding of his economic plans?
I heard no info from him about that either.
Neither side had any real plans as far as I can gather. Both sides were as bad as each other. Whatever one side criticised the other for, they also did.
Trump will be a lot of decisions on the go with the followers left to action what he wants.
It will be chaos as that is the Trump way. Those that fall out of favour will be gone in a flash.
There’s always going to be a “problem” because people are always going to want different outcomes
I can relate to the anti woke anti limitless migration movement, but can also understand the reasons for it
Just don’t mistake the majority verse bubble idea as right verse wrong. It’s just that people want different things
Surfers fighting a mariner to save a surf break is an example of a bubble verse majority. The developers and their customers may be the majority but those fighting it aren’t wrong simply because they are the minority

No no. You're talking about 'The Weave':
“I do the weave. You know what the weave is? I’ll talk about, like, nine different things that they all come back brilliantly together. And it’s like friends of mine that are like English professors, they say: ‘It’s the most brilliant thing I’ve ever seen,’” he told a bemused audience.
“But the fake news, you know what they say, ‘He rambled.’ It’s not rambling. What you do is you get off a subject to mention another little titbit, then you get back on to the subject, and you go through this and you do it for two hours, and you don’t even mispronounce one word.”

gone.... along with integrity, respect, truth, political discourse
after a time of great upheaval, a convicted felon removes all opponents from his party, surrounds himself with sycophants, rallies the youth, promises the world to the industrialists and business leaaders....
When a clown moves into a palace he doesn’t become a king. The palace becomes a circus.
Is it possible to be a Trump supporter and still have moral convictions?
Just trying to understand the obvious conflict

Great quote
dunno who this guy is, but clearly part of the machine
seems the spell of the cult is broken...

A lot of white woke males for Camel still crying into their Rainbow cupcakes on swellnet. Look outside you’re little left bubble and realise you’re the minority

Nothing I've seen matches, or comes anywhere near the infantile wailing tantrum thrown by Rowan Dean on Sky after Albo's win in 2022.
Her name is Kamala BTW. I'm unsure of what intellectual level you have to achieve to get that wrong.

The thought that ppl like u burley are the majority is a truly horrible thought

I think he or his team knew he had no chance with females so knew he had to pick up votes elsewhere that was younger males and pick up some hispanic and black male votes.
He was never going to pick up young males going on 60 minute's or something as young people often dont consume traditional media like older generations, but they do get news and media through podcast, Youtube, social media, these video podcast ticked all three boxes as even if people dont watch the whole podcast they get snippets through social media.
I think it also works because he became more relatable, he becomes more than a politician or a business man, and its not cut or scripted, he came into their space and onto their level and then just talks everyday shit with some political stuff mixed in.
Young guys come out going, hey he talks some shit,, but he is real even funny at times, he aint a typical politician, and the politics does sound good, i might even go vote for him.
To my fellow brother and sister lovers of the rainbow cupcake,....that we..um... cry into (?).
At least we can still laugh. And laugh you will.
With a special Raygun mention!
MAHA & FTW ………ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
Trump would look to reverse a slew of environmental policies administered by the EPA, including a rule curbing greenhouse gas emissions from power plants and another slashing tailpipe emissions from the nation’s vehicle fleet.
Trump’s former EPA administrator, Andrew Wheeler, could be nominated to run the agency again, according to Scott Segal, a lobbyist at law firm Bracewell. It was not clear what other names might be under consideration for the agency. https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/who-could-run-trumps-pro-drillin...

So true. Imagine if he didn't win! The whiny whingy sooking just wouldn't stop. That Kimmel nails it everytime!
The U.S. is just the start. We’re gonna take down this cultural revolution sweeping through all the great countries in Western Europe and the Commonwealth, and give the people back their freedom from the globalist, WEF communist agenda.
I'm not making any point, here, mostly cuz i dunno how to read this, yet, but, it is oddly quiet in my experience the last coupla days.
Usually there is a post election buzz that is palpable, if invisible.
There is none this time.
Unless you turn on the tv or go online, of course.
This is just my experience runnin errand around town and what not, and may not be any indication of anywhere else.

Will this also be constructed by convicted criminals?

Just see different on a few things. But you can be happy to know you can be humble in victory like all the other Trump supporters seem to be. HA!
hehe. JF> love your work as always.
The true breath of fresh air that SN requires to keep it on an even keel.

I haven't surfed since 'it' happened Goofy.
Yes fingers crossed for your coast and mine.
Hope you get a wave filled weekend.
Plenty of swell!!!
Yeah there're some pretty emotional people around at the moment.
Went out to the local bowlsie last night and for shits and gigs, a few mates turned up with little American flags, trucker hats and tactical vests.
A fella at a different table had a Make Lennox Great Again hat, which I thought was hilarious.
We were having Iwo Jima moments with the American flag when a young chick at the next table starts mouthing off with calls of "racists" etc etc.
I dare say she had zero sense of humour and wouldn't know what irony or a piss-take was.
I've seen her around before and she seems quite nice, it's just a shame that she's gone full basic.
And I hope when it comes to Australian politics she's equally as passionate but maybe a bit less inclined to latch onto hysterical false dichotomies.

This is the fourth post in a row that you have tried to get my attention with.
It's insane how much free rent space i have in your head.
Surely you have something to add in regard to the election? (that doesn't involve me)
Green room is GSCO, nice to see him pop in.

Nice perspective AndyM.....from a male.
btw i hope you noted the sarcasm.
I thought you were smarter than that and more aware....but then remembered you're from Byron/Lennox. Birds of a feather eh.
edit.: oh...she was from Byron too. Doh!
