@SR , I believe musk is brilliant but I don’t trust him one iota , he’s becoming way too powerful with what he controls . As for the presenter maddow , she’s a raving lunatic, remember what she had to say about the covid vaccines ? Here’s a short 1 minute clip, she’s fed what to say and alot of times it’s garbage .

Does anyone believe the USD is going to survive as the world currency ……,,,,,, Why Currencies Collapse
A currency collapse is a severe and sudden decline in the value of a nation's currency, leading to economic instability, financial distress, and often political turmoil. This phenomenon includes skyrocketing inflation, vastly increased prices for imports, and a mass movement of investors out of the currency, if not the home country itself. In simple terms, a currency collapse means that the money people use every day loses its value rapidly, making it difficult to buy goods and services, repay debts, and maintain economic stability. https://www.investopedia.com/articles/forex-currencies/091416/what-would... …….,I know there’s some on swellnet that would have a good grasp of this subject , I’m not one of them but would like to read what others have to share .

I can’t see the alternative to USD coming anytime soon. We truly live in a globalised economy and I don’t know what could take its place?

@flollo , Don’t know if I have this right but didn’t Gaddafi want to use a a gold dinar for African oil prices which upset the US . BRICS may grow and grow and make some type of alternative currency challenge . I don’t know, just a thought .

^^ so @info wants Trump to win not for what he can do for US citizens/voters but solely on some 1/2 arsed belief that a Trump presidency will be good for Israel and bad for Iran …. I wonder if Trump’s ME foreign policy brain farts are front of mind for all his rust belt supporters when they vote?

Amazing logic or not

Indo "Trump handled Iran far far better and handled middle east issues much better even getting the Abraham accords happening helping normalising relations between Israel and countries like Saudi Arabia and Jordan (a country created out of 77% of Palestine with a huge Palestinian population) this was even reflected in both countries helping take out Iran missiles in an Iran attack on Israel this year."

Wait. What? The same Trump who moved the embassy to Jerusalem? Offending all muslims in one fell swoop? Really??
