This week and weekend (Jan 10 - 13)
Our new W/SW swell for tomorrow has been upgraded slightly with the front that generated it yesterday, producing a better fetch of strong to gale-force W/SW winds through our swell window.
Clifton should see good 2ft+ sets through the day tomorrow, easing back from 1-2ft on Friday.
Winds tomorrow morning should be out of the W/NW, shifting SW through the afternoon, and then Friday looks dicey with a freshening E/NE-NE breeze creating bumpy conditions at Clifton, cleaner at other locations
The weekend will be tiny and while a stalling though weak polar low looks to generate a small pulse of W/SW swell for next Tuesday. Size wise we're only looking at surf to 2ft, but more on this Friday.
