Best Days: Sunday morning, beginners Monday morning, Wednesday

Recap

Tiny waves yesterday while a new W/SW windswell is on the build today, with 1-1.5ft waves early. We should see sets reaching 2ft this afternoon but winds are now onshore.

This weekend and next week (Nov 26 – Dec 2)

Today's building swell is from the first of a couple of fronts pushing up and across us.

Unfortunately the strength of the second system moving through this evening has been downgraded a touch more, resulting in less swell tomorrow afternoon.

Tomorrow morning should reveal 2-3ft waves, with more consistent 3ft sets due into the afternoon as the swell peaks.

Sunday morning is then expected to see the surf easing from 2-3ft, back further from 1-1.5ft Monday morning.

Conditions tomorrow are looking average with a fresh W-W/SW breeze all day but Sunday is now looking better with a light NW offshore ahead of afternoon sea breezes.

As the swell fades Monday, clean conditions are again due.

As touched on last update, a fun pulse of S'ly swell is expected early to mid-next week, generated by a small tight low passing under us Monday.

A tight and east moving fetch of S'ly gales will be aimed through our southern swell window, generating a good pulse of S'ly swell for Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday.

We should see Clifton coming in around 2ft to hopefully 3ft as it peaks Wednesday, easing off Thursday.

Winds on Tuesday look dicey and onshore, but Wednesday should see N/NE offshores.

For the rest of the period there's nothing too major on the cards, but more on this Monday. Have a great weekend!
