Couple of options on the cards this week.
Tiny weekend with a weak windswell with onshores Monday. Tiny and offshore Tuesday.
Tiny tomorrow with a new swell Sunday with morning offshores. Easing swell Monday with favourable winds.
New swell for later tomorrow, easing Sunday with workable winds. Secondary swell for Monday morning with good winds.
The computer models have been shifting around the position of the weekend’s North Coast ridge, so the corresponding forecast now has a little less confidence than a few days ago.
Easing surf into tomorrow with lighter onshore winds down South. Strong new S/SW swell building Sunday with light onshore winds continuing. Cleaner Monday morning as the swell eases.
Easing surf Saturday with a good new SW swell building Sunday with a reinforcing pulse for Tuesday.
Today’s southerly change will whip up a short range south swell that’s due to peak overnight before trending downwards through Saturday.
Christmas Day looks OK for an average afternoon session.
