We're just twelve days into October, but a mere two and a half weeks before entries close for Jim Beam The Break.

If you've been sitting around procrastinating about getting a video together, now's the time to get cracking - Jim Beam are offering one unsigned male and female surfer sponsorship packages worth a combined total of $75,000 (fifty for the mens, twenty five for the womens) to help them compete on the WQS tour in 2011.

And the prizes don't end there - Sanyo are running a 'Shooting Star' competition in tandem with The Break, chipping in a package worth more than $6,500 for the videographer who captures the winning footage for each surfer.
