Just read on two competitor websites that the Gold Coast is looking at a surf management plan.

Not much info about what exactly it means?

In parts of the world not everyone can hunt certain species you go into a lottery and if your lucky enough for that year you can hunt your beast. One area that a great documentary was shown on TVS (in Sydney)was Beyond The Divide and their journey to hunt in Fiordland NZ to hunt Wapiti, as they scored a ticket in the lottery, 2 weeks to hunt thats it. They are madder than the lengths surfers go to get a wave.
