Thanks for sharing, this was great. I’m fully aligned with what was said. Important note is that he confirmed what I’ve been saying for a while; tariffs to PRC have the bipartisan support in the US. And yes, tariffs are a wash, you collect some revenue but you need to subsidise due to retaliations. Look what happened to our wine industry, it’s decimated.

100%. And to be honest, I know we are angry with Trump with the recent narrative but we should also be angry with the previous administration for letting it happen. Thank god that's not what happened, Israel has proven the exact opposite, they have proven they can stand up to being attacked the threat of Hamas is severally removed, same deal with Hezbollah and better still the weakening of Hezbollah triggered the fall of Asad preventing supply to Hezbollah, and Iran is now extremely vulnerable, Houthis are still a threat to some degree but separated by great distance.
None of this would have happened in what you wanted.
Israel is now in the best position they have been for decades especially with four years of Trump support, while Iran is in the worst position they have been for decades.
What happens next we will see, same deal with Gaza, but its pointless to even consider a rebuild while Hamas are in power.
And dont bank on the war being over just yet, its currently a ceasefire only stage two negotiation's are to end the war and started this week, i cant see how that's going to happen though, Hamas wants to stay in power, and Israel isn't willing to allow that to happen and neither is Trump.
