another option is to download google-earth-pro. its free. when you load it up, go to the "view" menubar and select "grid". lat/long lines will display

On Google Earth you can draw a line and it gives you the degrees/angle there.

Just a quickie. But is there a website with a maps that feature degree lines overlay? Or would the other way to just a map out and stick protractor on it?
