This weekend about 200 divers pulled out a shit load of rubbish out of the water at Fremantle,,,,,,a heap of boat batteries, tyres and oil filters ( with oil) and 3 skip bins of everything else from rubbish bins, toilets glass and plastic. There are bins and facilities where people can dispose of their crap near by ( even for the oil filters) but some would rather chuck their shit it in the ocean....... Bali does not have the infrastructure and education ( i guess) that we do. we have no excuse,,,SHAME on those who shit in their own back yard.

Bali would reuse/recycle most of that stuff too - it's just plastic wrap and dirty nappies in Bali. If they can get the plastic to diesel processes up so a price could be put on waste plastic, Bali would be a lot better off.
