Dry it out and use powdered antiseptic.try not to surf for a while.

Get some zinc tablets and good multi vitamins,if you do surf cover it with a water proof bandage also depending how bad it is plastic spray is good from chemist....been down this path years ago and your probably lacking something in your diet.
