I'm looking at buying my first surfboard and came across this, pic below. It's 7'4. Secondhand.
I'm a beginner, 5'6", 65kg. What I am thinking is that this board is good for learning to stand on and catching waves, but is the size okay for me? Anything I should be aware of when buying it?

Yeah looks like a reasonable board to learn on. Plenty of length and thickness through the nose, and because you're only 65kg this will easily get you into waves.
