The verdict on News Ltd
Yes, BB.... I second that.... RIP, Milly......
What a disgraceful lot..... But you better watch out BB..... They might come after you...... "B;ind boys bias beggars belief!!" ........ or even - "BONKERS!!! BB's bangfest in Bali Bar!!!" - "Swellnut's sex night in sin city"..... lol
Do tell!!!!! :p....... Or is it another headline??? "Blind brawl as boy bashes bodies!!! Psycho surfer's shameful shenanigans as security seizes swellnut !!!...
I don't know how people buy that trash.......... They are also trying to destroy the abc, via their coalition buddies and Andrew Bolt..... One less free news service = more profit for Mudoch....
I can't believe that Brooks got off scot free. The Turkish have a saying 'A fish rots from the head first'. It's almost incomprehensible to believe that she wasn't complicit in this.
It was bandied about the other day that she may be earmarked for a cushy Newscorp job in Oz. That's all we need. How do these leeches seriously call themselves journalists?
Good ones obviously.
The sad thing is, there's a huge market for the tripe these pond dwellers peddle.
I wonder if the bitch actually has a conscience?
You know BB, I met Lachlan and Sarah Murdoch a couple of times, they're actually quite nice people.
I met Rupert's mother in her own garden once a long time ago. She used to open up her beautiful garden a few times a year for charity. She was a delightful and charming women who is fondly remembered by thousands for her community work down in Victoria. Through her selfless deeds she left the world a better place.
Oh don't worry about that BB, I've seen the other side of the coin too.
Ohh they can go lower BB....... Tobacco??? Pfft. That's nothing.....
Murdoch is beyond Limbo, mate...... What happens when the bar is so low it touches the dirt? You dig a hole......
if you haven't been following the phone hacking scandal in the UK, it has been a good guide to the ethical standards prevailing in News Ltd. I won't pretend to be unbiased, I have very personal reasons for loathing them. I particularly enjoyed this commentary from The Guardian, who in this case really did live up to their name.
"Breaking boundaries
As tabloid newspaper bosses, Brooks and Coulson ruined lives. They did it to sell newspapers, to please Murdoch, to advance their own careers. One flick of their editorial pen was enough to break the boundaries of privacy and of compassion. The singer’s mother suffering from depression; the actor stricken by the collapse of her marriage; the DJ in agony over his wife’s affair: none of their pain was anything more than human raw material to be processed and packaged and sold for profit. Especially, obsessively if it involved their sexual activity.
With all the intellectual focus of a masturbatory adolescent, their papers spied in the bedrooms of their targets, dragging out and humiliating anybody who dared to be gay or to have an affair or to engage in any kind of sexual activity beyond that approved by a Victorian missionary. "
The rest of it is worth a read.
