Freediving Course - Any Info?

Anyone know, or recommend, a place that runs freediving courses?

Where are you based stunet? Best bet is to go into your local dive store and ask them, there is probably someone there who freedives or they will at least know of someone. I did a course when in the Gilis a few years ago and it was great, but a bit overpriced for what you learn. You can gather a lot of info online and give it a go yourself, but as I am sure you are aware, it is definately not something you should be doing by yourself. Shallow Water Black out happens often, and if you are alone, you will most likely die. If you are venturing to Lombok or Bali, it is worth staying in Gilis a few days and talking to Rudi at Blue Marlin on Gili Air. He is a solid freediver and a great instructor.
