The calls for this necessary debate will get stronger.
Scrap Aukus now and redirect $$ to self sustainability in defence...

It gets mentioned regularly but I don't think the U.S. is going to let Australia go very easily.

Yep reckon Morrison got us in probably the worst spot for our national interest in our country's history.

We are now officially a vessal state, guess maybe we always were as Gough found out.

We cannot get out and no doubt will be forced into some trade war or hot war with our biggest trading partner, the main source of our wealth as a nation...

What a fuck up......

to us out in the sticks, it is always clear when we hear these stories, that if you live on top of other monkeys, you need more rules about everything, fishing, 4wds, leggies, paid parking, backyard chooks, easements and boundaries, approved colourbond (sic).. it's just the deal, and the benefit is access to more jobs and infrastructure. "choices are the hinges of destiny" as a guy with a hoe once said.

haha, yup, an interloper having to tolerate that shit while living on the edge of a Delfin-constructed 'lake' in a city of churches, offices and trees where once was natural wetlands and grass plains where for millennia children fished and hunted with their fathers?
little fuckers were trying to regress the place.

Seeds. Hi mate.

Delfin Property Group, once part of Lend Lease Pty. Ltd.

Basesix described it to a tee.

They come in, clear everything bar a few mature trees, sell tiny subdivision lots at astronomical prices, always place a body of water somewhere to stooge buyers into thinking ‘they’ve run to paradise’ and convince them of the wonderful (not) ecosystem they’ve created.
Many home owners then plant large deciduous trees because ‘natives are too messy’ that then buckle up footpaths and then they complain about all of the Autumn leaves blocking their drainage strainer on their little aquatic creek paradise.
Those fuckwits who had a crack were just protecting their selfish little bit of a horrid landscape.
If a bioassay was conducted on the vegetation and aquatic systems you’d find household and other chemicals in cellular life, all leaching away from homes, car detergents, herbicide, fungicide, rodenticide and others.
These subdivisions are a blight on what was once a natural system landscape as duly described by Basesix.
In my previous line of work, I stayed well away from that type of shit. AW
