Company fundamentals going down but the share price is going back up again? From around $220 to $280. That's a big jump. Tesla share always scared me, it's worse than altcoins. I don't want to touch it, too much volatility. With that being said, a chunk of our super and a massive chunk of US pension funds would carry it. Destroying Tesla would also destroy value in those funds.
EDIT: just a reminder that this share was around $15 five years ago. So imagine the amount of money long term holders made in the last 5 years. Crazy stuff. It's a cult.

That’s right @info shitstain, if you want you could invest in Tesla or NOT .. BUT that’s the whole point of these funds you can get down to the very fine detail and decision making of what or who your funds are invested in.
Most people would be shocked to learn that because of the way the majority of funds spread risk and reward they invest in all sorts of enterprises that wouldn’t align with their personal values like tobacco, fossil fuel, arms manufacturing and companies associated with nasty foreign governments and individuals so these ethical super funds give ordinary people real power to opt out.
