Cost of living: it's the burnout economy with govt foot on accelerator and RBA foot on brake, this keeps inflation closer to IR than other countries whose rates are now falling (US -0.25% on day after election - rally on). Aussie bonds have had a recent sell off (higher yield pressure) imo on basis of Trump policies doing same across US and world bond markets
If AU gov keeps up the stimulation of economy, IR pressure stays up. The inflation caused hurts people (my favourite biscuits were 4.40, on special at 3.30 recently and have returned at 5.50!)
