Recap
A drop in swell was seen through yesterday but today, our inconsistent W/SW groundswell has provided 1-2ft sets with clean conditions.
This week and weekend (May 30 - Jun 2)
The current swell is due to fade tomorrow with easing 1-1.5ft sets under a fresh N/NW tending strong N/NE breeze.
Strong N/NW winds will then kick in Friday as a strong but weakening mid-latitude low moves in and across us.
Swell generating wise, nothing is due until Saturday, when we fall under the backside of the storm, with a polar front generating a burst of strong SW winds in our swell window.
A kick to 2ft+ is due during the day, easing from a similar size Sunday and with W/NW tending variable W/SW winds on Saturday, N/NW tending variable Sunday.
Following this the outlook is slow, with a low slipping down the East Coast possibly bringing some weak E/SE swell early-mid next week but with poor winds. More on this Friday.
