Recap
A nice pulse of swell yesterday but with light onshore winds, cleaner this morning but tiny.
This weekend and next week (Dec 1 - 8)
There’s no change to the outlook for the weekend but there should be a tiny clean wave for beginners tomorrow with morning offshores.
A trough will bring a S/SE change through the day, lingering into Sunday with smaller, tiny surf.
Our small pulse of mid-period S/SW swell for Monday is on track with a weak polar front to our south due to generate strong SW winds through our southern swell window today and tomorrow morning.
A good 2ft to occasionally 3ft of S/SW swell is expected Monday from this source, easing back from 2ft on Tuesday.
Conditions should be clean with a N/NE offshore on Monday, tending E/NE through the afternoon, while a trough will bring an onshore change Tuesday morning.
Looking at the rest of the week and a fairly zonal frontal progression moving in, under the start should bring some windy, small W/SW swell for Wednesday afternoon through Friday, clean each morning. More on this Monday, have a great weekend!
