Recap
Small, clean surf early yesterday before onshore breezes kicked in, similar this morning with early light winds.
This week and weekend (Nov 23 - 26)
A slight bump in better swell is due tomorrow, produced by a healthy front that's currently passing under the state. This should boost wave heights to 2ft+ across Clifton but winds look a touch dicey.
A light S'ly breeze may go variable through the morning before stronger S/SE winds kick in. Try the early.
Friday will be nice and clean with easing 2ft sets and N/NE winds, strengthening from the E/NE into the afternoon.
Looking at the weekend and a trough moving across us on Saturday will bring increasing S'ly winds, with it forecast to form into a low to our east on Sunday. This will drive strong S/SE winds into Clifton, bringing a localised increase in poor windswell that will ease Monday as winds remain poor.
All in all this swell looks to go to waste unfortunately, with some fun small swell due mid-late next week as winds slowly improve. More on this Friday.
