This weekend and next week (Apr 27 – May 3)

This afternoon's large and powerful increase in W/SW groundswell will peak overnight and drop back into tomorrow, with a bit of SW in direction from trailing SW gales in our swell window this afternoon and evening.

Clifton should still see solid 4-5ft+ sets tomorrow morning, easing back through the afternoon, while a secondary front moving in tomorrow will keep the swell up around 3-4ft Sunday, easing back from 2-3ft Monday.

Winds tomorrow should hold out of the W/NW all day, strong into the afternoon with Sunday still looking average as the front moves through bringing strong W/SW winds.

Monday will be great with N/NW tending W/NW breeze, clean though tiny Tuesday.

Long term there's nothing too significant on the cards for the rest of the week, but a deepening low in the Tasman Sea may kick up a S/SE windswell next weekend, more on this Monday though. Have a great weekend!
