This week and weekend (Jun 11 - 16)
With the S'ly swell from the weekend all but gone, there's nothing significant on the cards for this week besides a really acute and flukey N'ly windswell Wednesday.
A strong but brief fetch of N'ly winds will generate possibly 1-2ft of N'ly swell through the day as winds shift N/NW to W/NW into the afternoon.
Following this there's nothing significant on the cards at all as the Tasman Sea remains void of any swell generating systems, and to our west the storm tracks remains too zonal and north in latitude.
Longer term the models have a possible low forming off the southern NSW coast early next week, but whether this is positioned favourably enough to generate swell for us is to be seen. More on this Wednesday.
